People are just getting the impact that the earth is slowly running out of oil. Oil is in so high demand because we need it for our cars and gas plus plastic and even toothpaste. About 40% of the worlds energy is ran on Texas tea or commonly know as oil. An estimate of about 2.6 trillion barrels of oil is still in the ground ready to be pumped. So far 1.7 trillion barrels have been found or know as “discovered oil.” Our biggest supplier of oil is Saudi Arabia this country it is a OPEC member. OPEC stand for Organization of Petroleum Exporting Country’s tells how much they should sell their oil for. Use geophysicist M. King Hubbert formulas it is estimated that oil production will peak at 2030. Also gas reserves will help us for about 50 years or maybe a little more.

                                                                                                                                               January 9, 1948 Dear Joseph,

Many things have changed since World War one. After losing the war to the allies the ottoman emiper collapsed, because we sided with the Germans and they lost. Mustafa was a general for the Turkish army during the first World War. Mustafa became our first president in 1920. Mustafa Kemal took the surname Ataturk in 1934 which means “father of the turks”. At one time it was very popular for men to wear fezzes in public. They were a a red non-brimmed hat. There was no brim because it made it easier for men to touch their foreheads to the ground while praying. Women wore vials to cover up their faces. in the 1925 Mustafa Kemal was caught wearing a brimmed hat and western style clothes so he made a law baning all fezzes and vials. But, Kemal wanted to modernize so he gave women the right to vote, have jobs in government and business, and even go to school. Kemal Attaturk also made us men and women learn to read a totally new language in only three months. This alphabet was based mostly on the Latin alphabet.
